• Working Student as Animator and Worker in Leadmanagement at Studyflix GmbH

  As a working student at Studyflix, I am responsible for both animation and lead management, taking on the same tasks as I did during my internship, with additional responsibility for further areas within lead management.
  
  In animation, I handle the creation and animation of videos, design images for the website, and manage video editing.
  
  In lead management (the preliminary stage of sales), I oversee all aspects of customer contact. I identify potential new clients, enter the best contacts for the sales team into the system, verify existing contacts for accuracy, and keep them updated. Additionally, I am responsible for the general maintenance of the system to ensure no contacts are lost and that everything is well organized.
  
  In both roles, I work independently and with the utmost attention to detail, as both areas are essential to the growth of Studyflix.

• Internship as Animator and Worker in Leadmanagement at Studyflix GmbH

  March 2024 - July 2024

  As an intern at Studyflix, I was responsible for both animation and, for approximately two months, lead management.
  
  In animation, I handled all tasks involved in video production, including animating in PowerPoint, creating intros in Vyond, conducting screencasts, and editing in Magix. I also reviewed animations created by other colleagues and created images displayed within the articles on the website.
  
  In lead management (the preliminary stage of sales), I primarily worked in CRM (Customer Relationship Management). I identified potential new clients, entered new contact persons into the system for the sales team, verified existing contacts for accuracy, and updated them as needed. Additionally, I occasionally managed the inbox where partnership inquiries from companies would arrive.
  
  In both areas, I took on a high level of responsibility and autonomy from day one. I worked with the utmost attention to detail in both roles, as each contributed significantly to the growth of Studyflix.

• Tutor for Basic-/Web-/Software-Programing at Technische Hochschule Augsburg

  As a tutor I help the professors during the period of practical training. I solve the student's problems when they have any issues regarding the programming exercises during these lessons or afterwards in the Chat-Forum. Correcting their homework is also part of my job as a tutor for web-programming.

• Saleswoman and service personal at Herzstück Horgau eG

  During my time at "Herzstück Horgau" I worked in a regional, natural food store where I was responsible for the check-out, the shopping areas and the included café (as a service personal). Not only was I there during the weekly shifts, but also on special events where I worked as a waitress.
